I had an amazing experience for my first time here at pure sweat. Dale was very helpful and encouraging. I left feeling amazing after using the infrared sauna and doing a cold plunge. I plan on going back this week!!!
This sweat spa is a breath of fresh air! Loved how I felt after the sauna and then the cold plunge got me ready to take on the day! Maddie & Dale are so kind and knowledgeable! Highly recommend checking them out!!
I love this place. I felt so much happier and healthier after my first visit. Dale is the sweetest person on the planet as well. He really makes the experience just amazing. Great place to go if you're a woman as well. Very safe environment! Smoothie place next door if you want something healthy after you sweat and cold plunge
Had an amazing experience at Pure Sweat. The infrared sauna was relaxing and detoxifying, and I left feeling much better than when I came in! Dale was so helpful, and gave us a tour of the facility. We can’t wait to go back!
Me and my husband came here for our anniversary date and it was exactly what we needed! From the moment we walked in, the man at the front made us feel welcome and explained everything so clearly. We tried the private infrared sauna session and loved having that peaceful time together. We also tried the cold plunge,It was definitely a challenge but I’m super happy we did it! Will be going back for more date nights 🤍
