Jorge came to replace a light for me that was damaged in a leak. He was super professional and the quality of work was great, even got me a better quality of light than I had previously. The installation was also quick. Highly recommend!

Jorge is the man!! He squeezed us in his schedule even though I only contacted him today. He came through and repaired an issue we had with an upstairs fan that wouldn’t turn off. He allowed me to be alongside him as he was working and he even taught me good tips and tricks on things around the house. On behalf of our whole family, we appreciated your help and expertise ( and your sense of humour of course 😂) Jorge🙌🏽 will be recommending to everyone!
I contacted Pure Wave Electric regarding a voltage supply error code on my dryer. Jorge responded in a timely manner and took the time to chat with me on the phone on two separate occasions to get a better understanding of the problem as well as to provide education. Jorge is friendly, polite, respectful, professional, highly knowledgable, honest, and he has an awesome sense of humor. I asked several questions regarding pricing, warranty, payment methods, certification, CGL/WCB coverage, etc. He was extremely transparent, forthcoming, and appeared more than happy to answer each and every one of my questions with patience and grace. Jorge kept me in the loop on his estimated arrival time as he was traveling from across the city to my home during rush hour. When he arrived he introduced himself with a warm greeting and took a few minutes to develop rapport with me and my pets before diving into the work. Jorge clearly explained everything to me as he worked. He has a very strong work ethic and believes in doing things right the first time around. In addition to the initial problem I had called him about, he took the liberty of checking all of my circuit breakers for any loose connections/issues. He discovered poor workmanship from previous tradesmen and immmediately remediated it. He even brought to my attention one circuit breaker that may need replacement in the future. He provided reassurance that the breaker was still in good working conditon with no current safety concerns; however, he explained that it is normal for all parts to eventually fail due to age/wear and tear. I greatly appreciated his attention to detail and for going the extra mile. At the end of the service call, Jorge summarized the work he did and provided suggestions on next steps if the dryer error code resurfaces. The final cost matched the intial quote. The price was very reasonable considering the exceptional work and customer service that he provides. After contacting over 10 electricians, I would have to say Jorge was the only person who went above and beyond to help a customer. I hope I do not require any more electrical repairs in the near future, but now I know who my first and last call to an electrician will be! In sum, Jorge is a "salt of the earth" type of person. For anyone who desires quality workmanship coupled with outstanding customer service, Jorge is the electrician you are looking for!
Pure Wave Electric (Jorge) did an excellent job installing EV plug in the garage. Jorge was skilled, and very friendly - handling the entire process with expertise and care. The complex installation (including an EMS) took a while but everything works perfectly. He helped me install the charger as well - very clean install. Highly recommend their services for anyone needing electrical work! - S. George
