I’ve been practicing at Pure Yoga (Westboro) for over 3 years and it continues to be an exceptional experience. The studio is beautifully designed, clean, and perfectly located. The community is welcoming, and the teachers are truly outstanding. There’s an excellent variety of classes for all levels—flow, yin, sculpt, rituals, and many workshops. Amenities like mat and towel rentals and water bottles make it very convenient. Comfortable heated rooms, easy street or rear parking, and a space that genuinely helps me stay balanced in a busy life. Open since 2011, Pure Yoga truly shows its dedication through consistent, high-quality service. Highly recommend
Pure Yoga has been a game changer for me. At 50, I still play sports regularly and live an active life, but I also know my body needs smarter care, not just harder training. Pure Yoga strikes that balance perfectly. The instructors really know their stuff. They understand strength, mobility, and recovery, not just flexibility, and they offer intelligent guidance that respects where your body is today while still challenging you to improve. I leave every class feeling looser, stronger, and more centered—never beat up. What I appreciate most is the atmosphere. No ego, no pressure—just people showing up to move well and feel better. Whether you’re an athlete, a weekend warrior, or just someone who wants to keep moving through life with confidence, Pure Yoga delivers. It’s not about slowing down—it’s about staying in the game. Check out Tiffani's classes. They are the best.
I can’t say enough good things about this studio. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, calm, and genuinely positive. The instructors are knowledgeable, motivating, and attentive, making sure everyone feels supported regardless of experience level. The classes strike the perfect balance between challenging and accessible, and I always leave feeling stronger, more centered, and energized. The space is clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed, which makes it easy to focus fully on the workout. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about your progress, form, and overall well-being, this is it. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to improve their fitness, flexibility, and mindset
After taking a bit of a hiatus from hot yoga and Pure Yoga, I am recently back and could not be happier with my decision. The space is beautiful, the staff is welcoming, and the teachers are incredible. It is so much more than a yoga studio, it's a community that I didn't know I was missing. Thank you for welcoming me back!
I think they’ve outgrown the space, it’s too small considering it’s the only yoga studio in Westboro. Every class I take, no matter when is always packed. Obviously I understand, they want to include as many people and yoga is a very community based activity but it’s just not relaxing at all. A girl accidentally kicked me in the head during my last Flow class during downward dog, she apologized and we laughed but it wasn’t relaxing and I imagine she was stressed about doing it again. Wish there was more room to settle into my practice.
