I purchased a membership because the gym advertises itself as being open 24/7, yet members were turned away at 3:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve, and the gym was completely closed on Christmas Day. This is misleading and frustrating for members who rely on consistent access. In addition, there appears to be a lack of basic gym etiquette enforcement. I’ve witnessed members slamming weights and using free weights in the stretching area while others were lying on the floor nearby, creating a serious safety concern. An accident could easily happen if a weight were dropped. The gym needs clearer rules, better enforcement, and more honest communication about operating hours. Advertising 24/7 access when the facility is not actually open undermines trust. This experience has been very disappointing. I previously left a positive review, which I have since removed. Management and the membership team should address these issues promptly.

Have been attending this branch nearly two years, I’ve found the whole experience seamless the gym runs smoothly. If there is a temporary issue I am notified in advance by email but normally the gym is back up and running quickly. The current manager is a credit to PureGym he is always out and about making sure things are running effectively. I’m very happy to be a member and will continue to use PureGym as its definitively value for money.

You may have to wait for the kit you want at peak times, I wish they had more of the popular machines - however, I feel this way about most gyms. Given its city centre location, this gym is surprisingly spacious and friendly. The classes and personal trainers on offer are legitimately fantastic - especially Ride and Chloe!

I've had an incredible experience at PureGym! The manager, Kyle, has been absolutely brilliant always approachable, supportive, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. The staff are amazing and incredibly friendly; Quique, in particular, is always welcoming and makes you feel right at home. My personal trainer, Emad, is fantastic hosting a variety of classes that not only challenge you but also foster a real sense of community among fitness enthusiasts. PureGym isn’t just a gym; it’s a place where motivation, guidance, and camaraderie come together. Highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their fitness in a positive, supportive environment

I’ve had a great experience at this gym. The manager is very approachable, friendly and easy to talk to, which makes a huge difference in the overall atmosphere. The staff are also welcoming and always happy to help. The gym itself has a great range of equipment that’s well maintained, and the environment feels comfortable and motivating. Definitely a place I look forward to training at! 💪✨
