Sergey was amazing! He came at short notice, diagnosed the issue with our washing machine, and fixed it on the spot!! What more could one want? And he did this with great professionalism and care. Very good value and highly recommended!
really fantastic service! Sergey was my tech and he was super prompt, competent, and kind. reasonable fee as well to fix my LG microwave. I called 4 other places, none of whom would fix it. Fixed it on the spot at my home. in and out within an hour.
Incredibly professional, kind, and prompt service. Sergey came in and diagnosed our problem within minutes, had the part with him, and installed said part in under 30 minutes. He took a credit card, was extremely respectful in our space, and I would recommend this company to anyone. So glad to have our washing machine up and running again.

I know how hard it is to find appliance repair people! When my dishwasher leaked during its last two cycles I knew I was in trouble. But I was able to book this appointment online on Saturday for today, Monday. Sergei came promptly. diagnosed the problem quickly, and happened to have the right part on his truck. All was well in under an hour. I appreciated that the $85 appointment charge was applied to the repair.if I chose to go forward with it. That is a reasonable charge for a house call. I will be glad to recommend this firm to others as well as use them in future. Oh, and they do repairs seven days a week! Thank you!
