I went in there to get some art supplies for my grandsons. I was looking for some books to help them learn how to draw. A young lady helped me pick out some pencils and drawing paper. She was extremely helpful
I needed a new bullet journal and they.m have high quality moleskin journals with either lines, dots, or blank for sketching - several suzes. This place is huge, so much for all kinds of different artist mediums. Definitely, the best pricing in the valley for new art supplies.
Great place to find good quality art things that the big box stores don't have. Prices are reasonable and they give student discounts. They've got some great oddball stuff. Even though the staff is super young they're knowledgeable and friendly! Good to see customer service is thriving here.
I have rarely had a more uncomfortable time in a retail establishment. I was excited to buy a nice pen for a friend's birthday. When I asked the sales lady about it she proclaimed we don't sell gift pens. Not deterred by her rather curt remark I proceed and found an entire aisle of pens. I was a bit confused and tried to select a nice pen. Unfortunately the packet of pens I chose were a barely visible grey color and I didn't realize it until returning home and trying one out. When I went to exchange it a few days later she would not take it back or even exchange it, because the packet had been open. Mind you these pens were sold separately too. I was so put off by the entire experience I will never shop there again. Update: After speaking to the owners I feel much better about the store. They have made it right by sending me the refund .
