I cannot recommend Quality Collision and Hail Repair enough. You can’t even tell that my car was damaged. I was able to opt in to new or used parts based on my budget, and felt that I was given sound advice on what I really needed and what could be repaired instead of replaced. Should I ever find myself needing service again, there’s no question that I’ll return. I have already recommended QC&HR to a family member who hasn’t had his vehicle fixed due to price gouging at other places.
We feel so lucky to have found Quality Collision and Hail Repair. We had a smashed tailgate on our Rav 4 and Ted did a fantastic job replacing/painting it for a very fair price. Ted not only is great at fixing one's vehicle, but is a wonderful, down-to-earth guy. Our world certainly needs more helpful and kind people like him.
My experience with Ted was stellar. I am someone who both dotes on my car and who often has issues with the responsiveness and accuracy of professional services. I say this to emphasize how Ted absolutely impressed me with his efficiency and the beauty of his finished work! My car had hail damage on every panel but one following the storm-crazy Colorado summer of 2023. Ted helped me through the planning and claims process, the logistics of which were complex due to my working out of country for seven months over the winter/spring. He stayed on schedule despite my absence and was able to fix my car with PDR as planned, so that I came home to a beautifully repaired vehicle. Couldn't be happier. There is not even trace evidence (no creases or paint cracks) of the damage that so devastated me last summer. Ted is also very friendly and easy to work with, willing to help out from his knowledge and experience without making you feel pressured to take any particular course of action for repair. Thank you Ted for restoring my "Marsha" to me in like-new condition!! Note - The interior photos are taken at a port preparing for the car to be shipped overseas with me for a work assignment; the lighting really shows the perfection of the hail repair.
Ted is unbelievable, his work is bare none above anyone else's that I've seen. He made several repairs that weren't even included in his original estimate. He is awesome and I will only go to him from now on, I highly recommend Quality Collision to EVEYONE and I rate their work higher than 10 stars!!!!
