I attended a creator event at Quantum Wellness Spa and was honestly blown away by the experience. I got to try the ice bath, sauna, and breath work and it felt like a full nervous system reset in the best way. What really stood out is how much more they offer beyond those services. It’s not just a spa, it’s a wellness community. The space is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and feels very welcoming. It has a beautiful view of downtown that is stunning. The staff were knowledgeable, supportive, and made the experience feel intentional rather than intimidating. It’s refreshing to find a place that blends holistic wellness with a social, modern vibe. Healing doesn’t feel boring or rigid here. It feels accessible and actually fun. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking to prioritize your mind and body in LA.
Quantum Wellness Spa is truly something special. I’ve been to a lot of wellness spaces in Los Angeles, and while many are calming and beautifully designed, this experience felt completely different, on another level. From the moment you step inside, it feels like you’ve entered another world. The space is incredibly secluded and immersive in a way that allows your nervous system to actually let go. It didn’t feel like I was just “doing a wellness session” it felt like I was stepping into a higher frequency altogether. The vibrational bed alone is worth coming back for. It’s not something you find every day, and the way it works with the body feels deeply grounding, regulating, and almost transportive. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and genuinely reset not just relaxed for an hour, but recalibrated. What really sets Quantum apart,: genuine knowledge, intention, and community. This didn’t feel transactional or trendy. It felt deeply considered, rooted in understanding the body, the nervous system, and energetic well-being as a whole. I haven’t been this excited about a wellness space in a very long time. LA has no shortage of options, but Quantum Wellness Spa offers something rare an experience that feels meaningful, immersive, and real. I will absolutely be back!!!

As someone who trains consistently and prioritizes recovery as part of my lifestyle, I’m very particular about wellness spaces. Quantum stood out not as an escape, but as a refinement of the way I already care for my body. The therapies felt purposeful, grounding, and aligned with longevity rather than quick fixes. I left feeling regulated, clear, and restored, exactly what high-quality wellness should offer. This was an experience I truly appreciated and absolutely look forward to returning to. Highly recommend for anyone who values intentional recovery and elevated self-care.
When you live in such a big busy city and you’re always on the go, you sometimes forget to stop and take a moment to yourself, to come back to self. Quantum Spa offers just that, a place to be grounded. With so much to offer, from massages, breathing and stretching sessions, cold plunge and sauna on the biggest rooftop in the northern hemisphere- it’s stepping out of the city right rush while still being in the city. It’s also conveniently located in the heart of Los Angeles- downtown! I would 100percent recommend Quantum especially with the prices - it makes it so accessible to everyone.
Quantum Wellness Spa is an amazing place! The entire staff was super nice and welcoming - especially Matt, Alex and Tristan. I booked an appointment for the dry float tank, but it wasn't available so I tried the quantum energy wellness bed and it was relaxing. I then decided to see Dr. Sheikh because I've been having problems with my lower back. He was amazing and really explained and helped me feel better by the end of the session. It included chiro, suction cups, stretching and some machine work. I also got a chance to do the cold plunge and check out the sauna. What was originally a 1 hour session ended up with me being there all afternoon! I'll definitely be back for more!
