I came by early this morning since Northgate location was closed and they sent me to this location, jj let me know they are down as well but he was letting me know what the benefits of the membership were and a little later i stopped by again to sign up but he wasn't there. Wash was very good. glad to be a member!
This location is beyond amazing, I was greeted by Michelle and JJ with a warm smile and my car comes out great as always. They are both here all the time stocking towels, emptying the trash, and keeping the site beyond well maintained. The only issue I have is the vacuums being clogged most of the time, and this pothole as seen in the photo where I almost fell lol
I had a great experience at Quick Quack Car Wash thanks to Kayleen and JJ. From the moment I pulled in, they were friendly, welcoming, and super helpful. Kayleen made sure I understood my wash options and answered all my questions, while JJ helped load my car in and offered a smile and a farewell and made sure my car came out looking great. You can really tell they care about customer service and take pride in their work. Definitely one of the best Quick Quack experiences I’ve had — I’ll be back for sure!
I had a thin layer of dust on my car. After the first time through the wash, the sides of the car were fairly clean, but still not completely clean and the roof and wind shield looked un touched. I got back in line and got a second wash with similar results. You can see where the wash wiped over the car (and left streak marks where some is clean and some is dirty), but there are many places the wipers never touched the car. It just sprayed water. Complete waste of my time and money since I have to get the car washed again.
I’ve been a Quick Quack member for almost two months, and I used to like coming here. But after today, I’m honestly very disappointed. During my wash, the machine suddenly stopped for a short time. When I finished and started vacuuming, I noticed that the edge of my car window was scratched. Later, while driving, I found that my right side mirror was actually bent and deformed. I didn’t expect this kind of damage from a car wash I pay for every month. This is unacceptable and makes me question the safety and maintenance of their equipment. I’m now seriously considering canceling my membership.
