Arthur was so kind, helpful and professional! I’m new in town and wasn’t familiar with how this lined of car wash works. He patiently explained everything, showed me all my options but wasn’t pushy or salesy. He’s an great employee with excellent customer service!

I have the ‘ultimate’ membership and it’s 100% worth it. I get my car washed at least twice a week. They have great vacuum stations with shammy cloths for giving the car a rub down as well. My car is always spotless - both interior and exterior and Raceway plays a big role in that. My car always smells great because I’m getting car fresheners every time I go through as well.
Great service but tire shine consistently creating more dirt and grease grime soon after wash. I hand clean my rims after every wash but within a day or two driving everything is dirty again. Time to clean the tire shine machine?
