I saw Heather for my first-ever Reiki session recently. I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical at first, but I wanted to keep an open mind since a friend recommended it. From the moment I arrived at the studio, Heather was incredibly kind and welcoming, which immediately eased my anxiety. The session itself was wonderful and helped me become more attuned to my body—something I hadn't really focused on before. Afterward, Heather shared some insights she felt during the session that were truly eye-opening and confirmed exactly what I was feeling in the moment. I would definitely try this again; it helped me both mentally and physically. I truly appreciated Heather’s time and care, and I highly recommend her to anyone thinking about trying Reiki.
I started seeing Heather this year originally for back pain. I had tried just about everything holistically and medical. I found breathwork to be so much more than helping with “just pain” I felt like I had an out of body experience. I have been purging energy that has probably been stuck in my body for years. It’s truly amazing what the body can do when it’s guided properly. Heather is an amazing facilitator. She just has this gift. Her sound bowls are very special, so is her breathwork. I plan on trying Reiki with her soon as well.
One of the Best Experiences of My Life! Attending Heather’s sound bath and one-on-one sound therapy sessions has truly been one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. Her sessions go far beyond simple relaxation—they genuinely activate my vagus nerve, leaving me feeling deeply calm, centered, and completely reset. After each session, I walk out feeling not just more balanced, but empowered—like I’m ready to take on the world again without the weight of stress dragging me down. The transformation is both subtle and profound. It’s as if my entire nervous system has been gently tuned back into harmony. Heather is an extraordinary practitioner. Her presence is warm, intuitive, and grounded, and you can tell she pours her heart into her work. She creates a space that feels both sacred and safe, and the effects linger long after the session ends. If you’re considering sound therapy—do it. This is more than self-care; it’s soul care. I’m endlessly grateful to have found this healing path with Heather.
If I could rate 6 stars, I would! Heather is so gentle and extremely knowledgeable and her space is clean, bright, and relaxing. I’ve never experienced a reiki session with sound bowls included as well. I will absolutely continue sessions, and look forward to booking with her on a monthly basis!
