Ellie is literally the best. I've never had more perfect brows. She is incredible at her craft as well as so enjoyable to be around.
While the manager initially appeared friendly, the conversation quickly took on a passive-aggressive and condescending tone. Responses felt rehearsed and insincere, with backhanded remarks instead of clear communication or resolution. The lack of genuine concern was obvious and left a very poor impression of the leadership here.
I absolutely LOVE coming here for Ashley. She is AMAZING. The location is clean and well kept. Ashley is the only person I see cause of how amazing she has been. She’s the absolute sweetest and is gentle and precise with her work. I’ve been to numerous waxing places but Radiant Waxing takes the cake for me.
Radiant Waxing is truly the best! I absolutely love the staff everyone is so warm and welcoming but Maddy is the standout. Every appointment feels like catching up with a friend, not a service. She’s professional, kind, and just makes the whole experience so easy and comfortable. And can we talk about the Whip lotion? I’m a total lotion girl with bins full of products I’ve tried, and nothing compares. Whip is creamy, luxurious, and smells amazing. I love it so much I keep one at home and one in my car. Radiant Waxing never misses!
Ellie was very friendly and helped explain the treatment and made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. She gave me proper expectations of what to expect post treatment and aftercare. I was very nervous and she made it a positive experience. Thank you!
