We had a great experience with Radix. They helped us with our tile install for our bathroom, kitchen. and fireplace. In store they helped us choose tile. They walked us through the installation process and prep. The installer did a great job and was very detail oriented. Communication was easy and always available when we had questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing any flooring or tile work.
Denis provided us with an in-home estimate and went above and beyond. He brought samples, explained every detail clearly, and made sure we understood exactly what was included in the price. What really set Radix apart from other companies was Denis’s guarantee — the quoted price would not change, no matter what was discovered once the old carpet was removed. And he kept his word! The installation was scheduled quickly, and the crew—Vladislav, Ilay, Sergey, and Slava—were absolutely outstanding. They were professional, skilled, and incredibly hardworking, putting in long hours to complete our project in just two days. We had Radix brand luxury vinyl installed Feb 2024. My husband has ALS & is mobile by the use of a 400 lb powerchair, which he was using at the time of consult & installation. Eric & the installers were very professional BUT didn't seen aware that the product would breakdown when the powerchair repeatedly would use it. We called Eric out in Nov 2024 to show him the wear & tear.... The quote to fix it was more than the original install. Chunks are now breaking off & I've even gotten a splinter. The floor creaks like an old house. I pray they LEARNED from this experience.
I had a really great experience working with Radix Flooring, and I especially want to call out Denis Dubinsky. From start to finish he was super friendly, professional, and just easy to work with. I don’t know much about flooring at all, so I had a ton of questions, but Denis was really patient and explained everything clearly. He walked me through the options, helped me stay within my budget, and made sure I was confident with my choice. When we found out the flooring I originally wanted was out of stock, he immediately helped me find a great alternative that I ended up being really happy with. He was also very flexible with my schedule and quick to respond whenever I reached out. His installation crew was just as impressive. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and were very polite. I wasn’t able to move all of my furniture out, but they carefully worked around everything, making sure it was protected and sealed off from dust while they removed the old tile. I really appreciated how respectful they were of my home—they even cleaned everything up afterward so it didn’t feel like a construction zone when they left. I trusted them enough to leave them working in my house while I was at work, and I felt totally comfortable doing so. Overall, I’d recommend Radix Flooring to anyone. Denis and his team made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and the floors came out amazing.
