Working with Jana was a great experience! We coordinated recently together on a home purchase for my client. She was the seller's agent and a STELLAR Realtor who stood out for her exceptional communication and solution-oriented approach. As a buyer's agent, I appreciated her all round professionalism and how patient and determined she was to get the deal closed, even when we hit some speed bumps on my end. She wasn't just looking out for her own clients, she was looking out for mine, which isn't as common as you would think! Jana's obvious experience in real estate shows by her ability to think two steps ahead and come up with creative solutions, whether it was referring to another lender or giving us more time to close. She was flexible and I was impressed with the way she didn't mind switching things up when necessary. As she liked to put it, “This is a team effort a both sides.” She is a real estate agent that likes to get things done and I'd absolutely collaborate with her again after this experience.
Jana was incredibly helpful when my husband and I decided to buy our first home. Even though we were moving from Utah to Wyoming, Jana vetted and recommended a realtor in Wyoming who would be a good fit for us personality-wise. She took the time to explain the process, define important terms, and make sure we understood what we were getting into. And no matter what, Jana was available to us and very responsive! I loved that Jana answered questions I had that I wasn't comfortable asking our agent directly. She really made our first home-buying experience nice and simple for us.
When my husband and I were looking for our first home, a client of mine mentioned that Jana was a great real estate agent. After previously working with an agent who was less than favorable, Jana was like a breath of fresh air. Jana and her team always had time for us. Our previous agent made it seem like he was too busy with every other client, and didn't have time for us. But Jana was always available anytime we wanted to tour homes, which was super convenient given our limited availability. She never made us feel like our requests were burdensome. More than that, Jana has gone above and beyond to make the whole process feel personal, not just transactional. It was clear that Jana was there to build a relationship with us, not just sell us a home and disappear. If we ever decide to buy or sell again, I'll be calling Jana in a heartbeat. In fact, as an esthetician, I've already started referring my clients to her. It's been a fun way for us to cross-network and support each other's businesses!
I recently had the opportunity to work with Jana Schmidt for the first time, and I can confidently say that she is an exceptional real estate agent. My father owned a home in Maple Valley, and Jana and her husband Greg were his neighbors. Although I didn't know them on a personal level, their reputation as compassionate and considerate neighbors preceded them. When it was time to sell my father's estate, we called Jana. One of the things that stood out right away while working with her was how responsive she is. She is a positive, upbeat person who is incredibly kind, and very honest. Jana really understands the current market. She approached the sale with honesty and sincerity, and never shied away from any challenges. Her entire team shared the same dedication. If ever Jana wasn't available, someone always got back to me right away. Overall, Jana is very personable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, organized and committed to her clients. Her positive outlook, coupled with her extensive market knowledge and hardworking team, makes her invaluable and a joy to work with. I can't praise her enough other than to say that I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an all around wonderful real estate agent with a tenacious drive and ambition to get the deal you want without hesitation.
Jana was wonderful to work with as my partner and I searched and purchased our new home! As first time buyers, Jana held our hands throughout the entire process. She made sure we asked questions, expressed how we felt, and honored our decisions to save more of a down payment when we needed to. I also personally enjoyed that she had so many recommendations for things to look out for and NOT have in a home. We always felt she had our best interests at heart.
