The furniture is great. My issue is with the lease to own agreement through Koalafi. You're told it's (maybe) 0% the first 3-4 months and if don't pay it off, then the interest kicks in. Unclear on the exact interest. I found that if you do not pay in the first couple of months, you have to pay back 2.4 times the purchase amount. 80% of the purchase amount. So depending on your purchase cost this can be huge. There's a $50 fee if you DO pay off the amount early fyi. I didn't get the true cost until I was able to thoroughly review the contract that is emailed.
I bought a sofa from here almost 3 years ago and it's still going strong. Purchasing was easy, we got to browse around and then let the cashier know what we wanted. She could tell the I wanted something else but didn't see the size I needed on the floor, so she showed me more sizes available online. BTW, just tell them what you want. They have a ton of stuff on the floor but even more options online. I got the couch I wanted, plus they gave me a discount. And they delivered it to my apartment, unboxed it, and cleaned up. Straightforward, respectful, and easy. None of the fluff from some bigger furniture stores. Happy with this place and hope to visit again when I need more furniture.

You have found a gem of a furniture store, don't let the outside fool you. This store has the best customer service and inventory out of anything around! Kenia listened to every question we asked and even helped us find some furniture options from the catalog that were variations of what we liked. Delivery and installation were so affordable and convenient. Not only that but the owner of the store came himself and even installed a whole dining room wet we already owned. I was in the process of building it myself when they arrived and he volunteered. They were fast and very kind. Overall the prices were super fair and we enjoyed the entire experience. We will be coming back for more!
