My experience at RC Willey was great. Austin Borba helped me select a refrigerator and was really helpful. He gave great advice on the different type of refrigerators. Dominick helped me purchase two sofas and a recliner. She was kind, patient, and provided great customer service. Ryan Cha was excellent! He provided great information, guided us around the store, and helped us load the furniture into my truck. I will definitely return to this store and make future purchases!
First off, R C Willey has always been wonderful to us. Sales and deliveries have always been great. This time, not so much. Sales person was great. We bought a new electric stove/oven for our daughter. She lives about 7 blocks from us. They called the night before to coordinate delivery. They wanted to deliver to our house, not our daughters. After making that correction, we were told the correct address was now notated. When they showed up at my daughters place, the stove/oven was just slotted in its spot, but it was not level with the countertops and thus was too low. The delivery folks made no attempt to make any adjustments and the delivery driver seemed to indicate that they wanted to get a tip (unacceptable). We called for them to have someone come over to adjust the height, so they said they would. A week later some of their people showed up at my house to make adjustments (without a call prior) which of course was the wrong house! My daughter was at work, so I had them follow me to her house and I got them to make the adjustments. They were very accommodating and friendly and I was pleased with these folks.
We received our dining table set today, and while the delivery team assembled it, we noticed it came with scratches/dent and uneven cabinet door. I’m requesting a resolution for these issues. Also, when I called to ask about the center table we purchased, I was told it is on back order. This was never communicated to us at the time of purchase, and we weren’t notified before the delivery. I only found out because I called to follow up. Can you please explain why we weren’t informed about the back-order status and what the next steps are? We would appreciate an update on the expected delivery date and a solution for the scratched dining table. Thank you.
Delivery confirmed frequently. Arrived on time. The appliances I purchased were perfect. The sales associate knew why he was talking about. I am happy to went to see what RC Wiley had to offer and made the right decision.
Our sales associate was attentive and knowledgeable. We were given the sale price, and the store’s generous delivery program (purchased in Elk Grove, delivered to Tahoe City, unlimited deliveries for a year, so you know we are getting appliances next)!
