This is my first real estate experience. I have been dreaming of owning a home for many years. I selected Jon as my agent based on personal experience, I have known him for several years outside of real estate so I knew what kind of person he is, but also based on references from other people I knew who he'd represented. Jon and his team were incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive. Jon explained every document and maintained consistent communication to make sure I understood every step of the process. He and his team were very responsive and made the process as seamless as possible. Highly recommend Jon Perez and his team at First Team Real Estate. To new buyers, ask lots of questions. I asked a ton of them at John his team provided quick responses and knowledgeable advice. Also, once the process of buying gets going it goes quickly, take a breath, Jon will guide you through.
Jon is an excellent real estate agent and, even better, an excellent human being! If I could give him a higher than 5 star rating, I would. I recently bought a house in Anaheim Hills and he was my agent. He was there for me EVERY step of the way. He is extremely professional, easily accessible, and hardworking. It was apparent that he cared about me and my happiness more than making a commission. Even after escrow closed, he checked in on me and made sure that I knew he is available for me no matter what.
Jon is an awesome realtor! We chose him based on his good reviews online. Jon helped us purchase our first home. Throughout the process, he listened to us and paid attention to our preferences. He was very patient to first time home buyers and fast to respond to our questions. We previously worked with a realtor who pressured us too much on offering high. This was not the case for Jon. He respected our decisions and also managed our expectations well. He was also great in helping us negotiate during escrow.
Jon is incredible. Awesome professionally and as a person. He helped me first sell my mom's house and made everything super easy. A year later he helped me buy my own house, he helped tremendously with all of that as well sending me places to look at and setting up appts quickly when asked. Extremely knowledgeable and answered everything I had questions about honestly. Bought my current house thanks to his help and will 100% use him again in the future. Will absolutely recommend him to any other family or friends looking for a realtor.
Jon Perez and his First Team worked very well with our family selling a large property. His team, which included an excellent stager to show the house well, were professional, courteous, and patient. Jon promoted the property through an aggressive on-line campaign, their open houses were professionally staged, and his team was always prompt in responding to our requests for information.
