Brian Meisinger was fantastic to work with! He is very professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to communicate with. His customer service is a 10 out of 10. He walked me through what to look for, explained the steps clearly, and made it known I could always call with questions. That level of care makes a big difference!
Their service was phenomenal! We had someone come out for sightings of mice. The service tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped lay additional traps while also looking at the property. I also like how they automatically set up a 7 day follow up appointment and monthly appointments from there. Thank you Recon!
Super impressed with the customer service received on the phone with Jake. He was able to explain different plans and pricing over the phone without any pressure. He scheduled our first visit and the process was easy. Today we had our first treatment and Joe was very nice and helpful to explain the products used and process to eliminate our issues. This was our first visit so hoping we will see quick results but we are very hopeful after talking to Joe today.
Joe has been a great technician for our company. We haven't had a single issue since we've hired RECON, and they really do care about us, and want to help when it's needed! Good job Joe!
We recently moved into a home and were looking for a different pest company to routinely service us as the one the previous owners used was overpriced. We've been with Recon about a year. They are a knowledgeable, reasonably-priced company that always checks before an appointment if there are any specific issues we want them to address on top of the routine prevention work. Last fall, their employee Daryl provided excellent service. We were have a fly issue with no seeable cause. Our home and property are very clean. We explained to Daryl the last treatment didn't work, and the size of our issue. 45 minutes later he returned to our door to explain he searched our entire property and found that the source was a drain hole on our property edge. He took care of that problem and within weeks we were finally back to normal. We appreciate a company that hires someone like Daryl, a problem solver who goes above and beyond. I recommend this company.
