We brought in cushions and backs for a 6-year-old joy bird sectional, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. They walked us through different foam options, let us try them in-store, and were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They had a less than 24-hour turnaround, communicated great, and the quality is outstanding. It honestly feels like a brand-new couch. Very glad we chose them—highly recommend!
Recovery Room did an outstanding job—and fast! They replaced the foam in my 15-year-old La-Z-Boy recliner, and the chair feels brand new. I took my dad’s antique chair in that had been reupholstered in professionally several times, they got it done in 2 days! And it looks amazing! It looks just like I remember it looking as a child (more than 40 years ago)
I’d like to give the hugest shout out to the Recovery Room for helping fix our sectional due an order mistake. They went above and beyond to make our sectional perfect. Turn around time was EXCELLENT only waited a week! 10/10 highly recommend the Recovery Room if you are needing your furniture repaired they will NOT disappoint!
