Had a great time- the escape room was challenging and fun! Lilith our game master was so kind and hand wrote/ drew me a birthday card which really made my night. Will be back for sure!
I would like to give a big thank you to Kelly Eveleigh, she was the coordinator for the event I was planning. She was on top of everything, even with all the changes and challenges I presented her with she had a solution. I cannot thank her enough, she is a true treasure. Thank you again for everything.
I don’t usually write long reviews, but I had to take a moment to talk about how incredible our experience was at Red Rooms Escape — and especially to give a huge shoutout to Kendall. From the moment we walked in, she had this amazing energy that set the tone for the whole night. She was welcoming, funny, and super engaging, but also clearly knew her stuff. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, which makes all the difference when you’re about to jump into a high-pressure puzzle experience. Kendall gave us one of the best introductions I’ve ever had at an escape room — detailed, clear, and full of personality. She got everyone hyped up but also made sure we understood the rules and what to expect. Throughout the game, she was the perfect game master: attentive without hovering, helpful without giving away too much, and totally on top of everything happening in the room. When we got stuck, her hints were timed perfectly — just enough to get us thinking in the right direction without spoiling the fun. You can tell she’s really intuitive and pays attention to how each group is playing. What really stood out was her enthusiasm even after we finished. She came in and broke down the puzzles with us, celebrated our wins, and laughed with us about the parts we struggled on. That extra few minutes of conversation made the experience feel personal and memorable — not just another group in and out the door. It’s rare to see someone put that much care and excitement into their job, and it honestly made our night. If you’re planning to visit Red Rooms Escape, ask for Kendall if you can — she makes the whole experience ten times better. She’s got the perfect mix of professionalism, personality, and passion that turns a great escape room into an unforgettable one. We left already planning to come back again just because of how awesome she made it. Thanks again, Kendall — you’re seriously the best!
This was such a fun experience! The facilitator was awesome and we had a great time. It was my first escape room, although others in my group had some experience. We enjoyed it a lot!
We were able to escape The Gift with about 7 minutes to spare. Of course, we had to have a handful of clues, but we did pretty well! This was the second event of my friend’s bachelorette party, and I’m so glad we went! At previous escape rooms I’ve been to, things didn’t work properly or were broken. Everything was perfect at this place! We were always so shocked when something fell down or opened up when we got something right. I highly recommend this place, even though it costs a little more than others. It is 100% worth the price! Edit: I went for a birthday event for a friend. It was just 3 of us. The only thing I will mention is that the escape room guide can really make or break the experience…
