My Fiancé and I went there to look for wedding bands and they were so helpful. A man told us the benefits of different types of the metals to fit my Fiancés life style. Chole (not sure if I spelled it correctly) was who we mainly worked with and she was extremely patient and kind. She let us try on a ton of rings and was so helpful. It was like she was reading mind and it didn’t feel like there was any pressure to buy anything! Even after we tried on a ton of rings. We left walked the mall for a little and went right back to buy his ring and we will probably be going back to buy my rings as well.
Love my experience with Lizette and Michael, they helped so much to make this experience so joyful and relaxing.
Wonderful customer service. Luis Sanchez was friendly, helpful, and incredibly patient while helping me find my watch and resizing it multiple times until it fit just right. I really appreciated his care and attention. Great experience overall.

We met with Maria who made our shopping experience amazing! My husband and I were upgrading my original wedding ring and we were able to use Reed’s trade-in program which was very seamless. We drove in from out of town and Maria was incredibly patient letting me try on any and every ring that caught my eye. She was respectful of our budget and was able to find me the ring of my dreams! We have been customers for almost 5 years and will keep coming back. Thank you Maria!!
