I observed Reitzel installing a roof on my neighbor’s house and was very impressed with the crew’s workmanship. After conversing with the neighbor a month or so after completion I discovered that they were very satisfied. I called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate to replace the roof, to add a section of guttering, to install attic ventilation and replace the window shutters. I was able to schedule an appointment with in two or three days with Marc Reitzel. Marc was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He went into great detail on how they would install the roof and the benefits of installing it in such a manner. The survey took about one and half hours and when he left I had an emailed proposal. My wife and I decided to accept the proposal and Marc was able to schedule the install with in three weeks. Alan Solot and his crew arrived on time and completed the job with in the promised period of time. Alan was a good team leader, skillful and very knowledgeable. His crew was hard working, very productive and skilled. The team took great care at the end of each day to clean up debris, true professionals! We highly recommend Reitzel!

Jacob, our sales rep, was honest, helpful, and took the time to explain all our options—he even brought in the right people to answer our questions. Alan was great too, working around our schedule to get everything done smoothly and on time. The whole team was professional, courteous, and clearly takes pride in their work. Exceptional Service!!!! Our front roof somehow obtained a hole. Snow was in route. It was freezing cold, parts of the roof gutter and siding fell off. Prior to contacting Reitzel Roofing and Exteriors we contacted several other roofing companies who did a no-call no show, sent messages stating that the technician was in route, failed to return phone calls or they were just sorry due to overbooking........... My husband had just returned home from the hospital. Trying to take care of him and make sure all is well with our home was overwhelming. Reitzel Roofing and Exteriors was very professional, on time, cost-effective, and the job was done beautifully. They even cleaned up after themselves. We couldn't tell that anybody did any work that's how much of a great job they did. Bree, Johnathan, and the two roofers who repaired our roof. Big thanks!!!!!!!! First, Reitzel came highly recommended as the only company I should use to inspect and repair the roof on my house. They were very professional! I have a house on pilings with a steep roof that is difficult to inspect. No problem for Jacob who arrived with his drones. The drones were used to inspect my roof. I suspected a leak in my roof, and it was confirmed by the drones where the leak was. I did not have to be home the day Reitzel made the repairs to my roof. They sent me photos of the repair process. Showed me why my roof was leaking (several years ago when I had a new roof put on, a different local company left the old rusty flashing around my chimney when they were supposed to replace it). Reitzel documented everything they did with photos. They even did a roof maintenance on areas that needed reinforcement or minor repairs. I have had many issues with contractors, but with Reitzel, it was a worry-free process. I highly recommend this company, and from now on Reitzel Roofing and Exterior is the only company I will call for my roofing and home exterior needs.
