Karli was amazing throughout my 2hr Massage Mania. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and Karli had amazing knowledge regarding all different types of health modalities which she's experienced many of. As I'm not a local this was very helpful in what would suit me for the areas I'd need further help with once back home. When next on the G.C. I'll be sure to book back in with Karli. Thanks Karli for my wonderful pampering 👏🌟💛
It was an average experience overall. I booked a massage and facial package. Unfortunately, the robes are not size-inclusive; if you’re a size 16 or above, I’d recommend bringing your own. There is also no secure place to store valuables in the change room, which is open access. While I was getting changed, an Asian beauty therapist entered the change room to put away dirty towels, which felt quite awkward. She was also my therapist for the treatment. The massage felt inconsistent and unstructured, and it gave the impression she may have been inexperienced or insufficiently trained. I also do not like how the facial didn't accomodate to your skin type. Do not recommend if you are sensitive. There was also no client consultation form filled out prior to treatment.
The 90-minute Swedish massage was exceptionally satisfying, thanks to Yu’s outstanding expertise. Her attention to detail was impeccable—she intuitively identified areas of tension and relieved them with the perfect balance of gentle and firm pressure. The spa itself was immaculately clean and hygienic, creating a deeply relaxing environment. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Thank you, Yu, for such a wonderful experience.
Erin is amazing. I booked months prior as I was coming to the gold coast from nsw for a holiday. The staff are really welcoming and Erin is the best massage therapist I have had and I have had a lot of massages in my life. The facial was so good I fell asleep and I've never done that before. Erin used good pressure were as other places it felt like someone was just rubbing oil on me. Whereas Erin asked what pressure I wanted and she delivered. Thank you I think I'll come again before the week is out. FYI. I'm on my partners google account
We had the hens party package. The staff were amazing, friendly and professional. We all walked out feeling like Queens!! We will be back. Thanks you for making this such an amazing experience.
