My friend and I visited Relax and Release Shampoo and Sleep Spa a couple of weeks ago and had such a pleasant experience. We each enjoyed a facial, foot massage, and the Japanese head spa treatment—it was incredibly relaxing and exactly what we needed. Because of how much I loved it, I decided to bring my daughter-in-law back for her birthday. She had a foot massage and the Japanese head spa treatment and said it was the best treatment she has ever had. She’s already talking about making it a regular part of her self-care routine! After my appointment, I had a really meaningful conversation with Mel, the owner. She shared some personal stories with me, including the reason she started this business, and it truly touched my heart. Knowing the passion and purpose behind Relax and Release makes me want to support her even more. I will definitely be returning for more self-care at Relax and Release. Highly recommend!
Warning: side effects include you feeling like a million bucks after I had a mom special of sorts that my husband booked for me for my birthday. Included a facial, head massage and shampoo, and foot massage. When I emerged from my pampering, the owner even had birthday balloons and a card set up for me. Skin glowing, hair silky soft with a fresh blow out, I walked out of that salon like I was walking the run way. Seriously tho, fantastic experience. Salon is squeaky clean, and literally everything smells amazing
The absolute best experience I’ve had in a long time was getting my hair shampooed for a full 30 minutes at Relax and Release Spa. I had no idea something as simple as a shampoo could be so incredibly relaxing, but the moment it started, I felt myself melting into the table. The slow, attentive scalp massage combined with the warm water created the perfect sense of calm. What truly surprised me was the added shoulder massage, it was the perfect touch. I could feel so much tension and stress leaving my body with every movement. The entire experience felt thoughtful, unhurried, and genuinely therapeutic. By the time it was over, I felt refreshed, lighter, and completely reset. I highly recommend Relax and Release Spa to anyone looking to unwind and treat themselves to some real relaxation. YALL! This place is seriously amazing. This isn’t just your normal spa; Mel has something really special here. Before I even got there, the online booking was very easy and when I had a question, they were super sweet on the phone. Greeted with warmth, they looked after me with every service, making sure I had everything I could want. But I wasn’t just pampered, these women poured healing into me! Every single interaction was about making sure I felt comfortable to let go, relax, and recharge. If you are thinking about booking a service here, DO NOT HESITATE, you will LOVE every second of your experience. Today was a blessing that truly made me feel so much better and I can’t wait for my next appointment!

I called to schedule a massage and facial, casually mentioning that it was a gift to myself. When I arrived, I was blown away! I was greeted with balloons, a thoughtful card, and the warmest smiles—it instantly made my day feel even more special. And let me tell you, this was by far the best massage I’ve ever had! The level of care and attention to detail went beyond anything I’ve experienced before. And get this—I had two people working on me at the same time! I felt like pure royalty. On top of this, the owner also offered me a mini complimentary stretch session that was divine! If you’re looking to relax, unwind, and truly pamper yourself, I highly recommend this place. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and honestly a little like Mike Epps—“I ain’t never had that happen to me!”
