Our heater went out while the weather outside was freezing temperatures and snow. We contacted this place to help. They came the next morning late from the original time they gave us AND misdiagnosed the heating issue, and then told us they couldnt fix it until next week to “wait for the right parts”. They told us the igniter and control panel needed to be replaced but we actually ended up contacting a different vendor that said that was not the case at all, it was just the blower motor that needed to be replaced. The new vendor we contacted came the same day and helped us quickly. Definitely don’t rely on this place for any kind of urgent issue, they would have had us freeze until next week and don’t seem to know what they’re doing at all.

Bryan the repair young man did an excellent job. I had no heat on the day it's getting ready to snow. I have heat. 😊 I could tell the different in the temperature in my house within 10 minutes of him completing the service . He went beyond customer service. Very knowledgeable. Very polite.

I called Relief Heating and Cooling yesterday evening and I received an appointment TODAY! My appointment was scheduled for 2pm and I received a call at 8:00am asking if I wanted an earlier appointment. I received a call informing me that the technician, Daniel Harris was on the way. I received a text message from Relief with an image of Daniel, his rating score, and tracking information to confirm his arrival time. My heating system was repaired in a timely manner and I received A1 service! Daniel was extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems and provided excellent advice. If you are experiencing HVAC issues, look no further than Relief Heating and Cooling. Awesome service, friendly staff, affordable pricing, and immediate available appointments! Ask for Daniel!

The best HVAC service ever received. I am a licensed general contractor and Relief Heating and Cooling, LLC provided the best HVAC service ever received. The initial call, the prompt response of initial quote, knowledge and performance of work completed, time to complete task and the commitment of excellent communication throughout the entire process is rated 5 stars. They installed a new HVAC system with ducts, vents and thermostat all code compliant. Thanks for a job well done. I will definitely use this company again.

Daniel was polite, professional and thorough in diagnosing our ‘no heat’ heating unit. We decided to sign up for the service contract and feel confident we made the right choice. So many local companies nickel and dime you, trying to up-sale you on everything they can possibly think of. I am optimistic this is an honest and no nonsense company, and one we will be satisfied with for a long time .
