From the calls prior to arriving till he found me on side of the highway, his patience, professionalism and expertise were evident. I was particularly impressed by how careful he was in handling my vehicle. He took extra time to ensure my car was properly secured and towed without any damage, which was especially important since I drive an all-wheel-drive vehicle that requires special attention during towing. He clearly understood the proper procedures and took every precaution to protect my car. Beyond his technical skills, he was genuinely friendly and made what could have been a stressful situation much more manageable. His positive attitude and willingness to help really made a difference. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in need of roadside assistance. It's rare to receive such outstanding service, and I'm grateful to have had him respond to my call.
Hello, I want to get straight to the point — as someone who works in customer service myself, I was absolutely furious with the level of service I received from one of your employees, Israel. When he arrived, I answered his call and noticed he was parked in front of one of my employee’s cars. I politely asked if I needed to have my employee move their car out of the way, but he ignored my question. Without saying a word, he snatched my keys out of my hand and began taking pictures of my vehicle. I immediately told him how inappropriate and unprofessional that was, especially from a customer’s perspective. His response was, “I can just leave if you don’t want it.” When I asked for my keys back and told him I needed to quickly grab my things from the office to come with him, he gave me a dismissive look, got in his truck, and abandoned the job entirely. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I sincerely hope Mo, the manager, is made aware of this incident and takes appropriate action. It’s shocking that someone representing your company would behave this way.
