This place is amazing! Beautiful, comfortable and luxurious. It's a hidden gem in the heart of Waikiki. When I walked up I thought it was going to me loud inside, much to my surprise, as I entered the space I was greeted with smiling faces, silence, and a very zen and glamorous atmosphere. The lights, the vibe, the aura of this place is something special. They are the best with customer service. Positioned on Royal Hawaiian Ave which was so perfect because they treat you like royalty. I felt like a queen the whole time I was there. The best pampering experience. They are very knowledgeable and skilled. I left there feeling so relaxed and at peace. Mahalo! I highly recommend checking this place out!
I have been getting lash lifts and tints with KC for the months I have been here for work. I do not know how she gets my lashes to curl and hold so well. On top of being great at her job she is warm, kind, and funny. She makes the whole experience welcoming and wonderful. If I come back to Honolulu I will definitely be coming back to see KC.
Remedy Spa Hawai’i is a gem tucked away in Waikiki. I am very impressed with their impeccably designed, decorated and clean facility and their advanced technology equipment offering services I didn’t know existed! My therapist was Coco, who made me feel supported and informed with every interaction … her sweet voice is still echoing in my mind.. “Ms. Pua” 💜
Last year i got bad sunburnt and went here for facial, after facial my skin was slowly recovering. Hawaiian sun, no kidding. I had a returning visit this time for facial with KC. KC is super gentle, friendly and professional. Would def love to come back :) Also Coco at front desk is super nice with explaining product info and reservation info. Every-time I am here I have interesting findings 😄 It is good to have a skincare rescue place when you travel
