Jess was great! I now have a super cute shag I love! She was super receptive to what I wanted and gave me tips on how to properly style my new hairstyle with my hair texture. Everyone in the salon was welcoming and they were playing great music! Would definitely recommend Jess if you’re looking for a shag :)
Trinity Williams here! I LOVE going to Rendezvous Hair Salon. Everyone there is stellar! So nice and welcoming, I moved to Columbus 12 years ago and was so fortunate to have met Vanessa, I haven't had anyone else cut my hair since. She is a wizard, always knows exactly what I want and is very accommodating when I want to try something different. I also feel fortunate to know her as a person, so warm and friendly, funny and sincere. :) :) I have received services from some of the other stylists there also and have never been disappointed.
Maxim did such a wonderful job with my hair. It was my first salon experience and it was everything I could’ve hoped for. I was so nervous about getting my hair cut by someone else, but as soon as I spoke with them my fears melted away. Wonderful with conversation and ultimately a standout stylist. I moved here within the last year and have only been to Rendezvous Hair Salon a couple of times for my own haircuts, but every visit has been a positive experience. I’ve always been happy with my cut, and I especially appreciate the welcoming environment and the people who work there. Today, though, was truly something special. I brought my mom in for an appointment—she has Alzheimer’s—and I messaged the salon ahead of time to give them a heads-up. Everything was handled with care, and I especially want to recognize Ryan, who did her haircut. Ryan was incredible. They listened patiently as my mom tried to explain what she wanted, even when she repeated herself, and stayed present, kind, and upbeat the entire time. There was no rushing, no frustration—just genuine compassion and attention. Most importantly, Ryan gave my mom the haircut she’s been wanting and hasn’t been able to get in years. Seeing her afterward was incredibly emotional for me. She looked happy, confident, and like herself again, and I was so grateful for that moment that I could barely hold back tears—it had been a long time since I’d seen her really look like herself. Rendezvous is more than just a hair salon—it’s a place full of truly good people. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
I had a couple of clients recommend this place and so I scheduled my free consultation. Staff are so friendly and helpful and if I was matched with Ryan purely because of schedule availability, they turned out to be a perfect fit! I'm not a vain person in general but I have loved looking in the mirror the past couple of days. Ryan took the general ideas of what I wanted, made some suggestions and the purple is just so stunning! I am so happy to have a regular stylist again. I even showed them some pictures of some crazier stuff I wanted to try in the future and they are on board. I got so many compliments at work today, I highly suggest coming here (it's well worth the parking headache)!
