One of the best massages I’ve ever had, the lady was so nice. Massage starts with towels on your body so you’re not immediately cold. I feel like she targeted my problem area without me having to explain anything. The hot stones were included and She was patient and I will definitely come back every time I come to the city
It’s not a fancy place but it’s clean, and the people are very nice. We walked in on a weekday morning. Eason and Eva worked on my husband and me, respectively, and we both liked our massages. We tend to prefer deep tissue but they can adjust pressure as you like. I believe we had the 90 min combo (full hr body + 30 min foot massage). Other reviews mention Annie, Abby, William, Lulu, Yoyo - people there in general - being good, so I hope you find the massages here to your liking!
Great no-frills massage spot. Clean, efficient, and they actually listen to pressure requests and focus areas (my neck/shoulders/upper back felt noticeably looser afterward). Good value for NYC and I didn’t feel rushed. I’ll be back!
Found my new favorite spot at Renew Day Spa. I just tell them how much pressure I like, and they somehow find every tight spot without me saying a word. The place is clean, relaxing, and the prices are great. I do have a favorite therapist—but I’m keeping that secret!
After Foot Heaven closed during the pandemic I was in search of another place to make my regular go-to for massage therapy. I found Renew Day Spa (just steps away from the former Foot Heaven) and was not disappointed. I just have to say what pressure I prefer and my masseuse does the rest. I’ll have specific areas that are sore or bothersome and they locate it and work the area without me saying a word. I don’t know how they do it! Needless to say, I’ve found my new location with my favorite masseuse (I’m not telling you who), best service and most reasonable prices.
