I have been renting for events from Rental Depot since like 2006 and they have always, always, always gone above and beyond. They truly care about the vision for an event and if an item isn't available they always have a backup plan. They are also super flexible and easy to communicate with. The trust I have in them makes my job so much easier. Today, was the day that I realized that I've never given them a review! I called them frantic when my freezer broke during a heatwave and I didn't even know of they carried freezers. It was a random thought I had mid-panic. THEY DID. And they had it to me in under 3 hours. That level of customer service and customer loyalty is why I love them so much. I've used other rental companies when asked by a client but my go to will forever be Rental Depot. They are the best.
If you want to wow your friends and family at your next event, they are the best place for that. Great pricing on rentals in the Boston area period. Friendly staff, that allows you to change your mind a couple times 🤣, but will make sure you get what you want at the end
We used Rental Depot to rent banquet tables and chairs and the whole experience was great. They did a great job of communicating the drop off and pick up dates and making sure the deliveries worked around our schedule. Everything went smoothly and the prices were very reasonable.
Excellent and affordable place to rent or have your items fixed. I went back to Rental Depot after a 3 year hiatus. I have to give a special shout out to Brian for helping me get my garden ready for my plants. As always, Brian is the ultimate professional. If he doesn't have an item, he'll refer you to someone that does. I was able to rent a Tiller on really, really short notice. I called 1st thing this morning and all they had was a small one, which is what I needed. Brian reserved me a P/U time and his co-worker gave me a quick tutorial on how to work the machine when I arrived...It took me less than 4 hrs to get my garden ready and I couldn't have done it without Brian's help...Please come down and support your local businesses...
