Rettie have been managing my property in Glasgow for the last 8 years. They are consistently extremely professional and go above and beyond for both the property owner and the tenants. The prices are reasonable and they handle everything so it's low touch for owners who don't want to have to be too involved. I've gone through a few different tenants now and it's always been a straightforward process for me. I also recently had to get the wiring redone due to failing electrical testing on what is a very old tenement flat. Megan handled the whole thing from start to finish, coordinating with the tenants, getting quotes for wiring and redecorating and then coordinating all the work, she was extremely considerate of the tenants needs and reducing their disruption whilst also being aware of the costs to me and ensuring a good job was done to ensure the quality of the accommodation. I'm extremely impressed with the service and would highly recommend.
We have been very pleased with the service we have received from Rettie as letting agents for our flat. In particular we would highlight: 1. Our named contact Meghan is very prompt and helpful and delivers on promises. 2. Access to trades people - when issues have arisen, we have appreciated the speed and efficiency getting relevant tradespeople to attend the property and sort the problem. 3. Delegation/use of initiative - the level of contact from Rettie has been just right - we have been contacted appropriately but have also been happy with the decisions made by the team at Rettie on our behalf when that has happened. Overall we are very happy with the team at Rettie.
Had a fantastic experience renting a property through Rettie. Really personable staff and felt like all our needs were addressed and cared for. Karen, our letting agent, was always available throughout our tenancy if needed and helped us settle in to our new place amazingly. End of tenancy process is quick and painless as well, with an easy to follow checklist before departing. Thanks to Rettie and Karen especially!
