My new favorite plant shop! Great selection, and I love how the plants are organized from high-light to low-light. They also repot for free, which saves so much of the hassle of doing it at home. Lucy and Fern are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and their care advice really shows their passion for what they do.
REWILD is such a cute spot! They offer a wide range of plants and are located between 7th and C Street SE. I stopped by while walking around Eastern Market on a Sunday which, by the way, is an absolute must if you’re in DC. Their customer service was great. Everyone was so sweet and chill, and honestly, I couldn’t complain if I tried lol. I ended up buying a snake plant. Now, look, I am not a plant girly. I could kill a paper plant with very little effort lol. So I really appreciated that they included a cute little care card with my purchase. Considering this is my second snake plant and I technically only have one now (pray for my plant yall lol)… that card will definitely come in handy. What really earned them the five stars was their gesture of offering 22% off to customers during the shutdown. It might not seem like much, but it’s something and it stood out, especially since many of the nearby shops weren’t offering anything outside of full price.
Katys and Paige helped us today with our dying orchid. They took lots of time with us to explain how to take care of it and repotted it so that it would be healthy. This place is such an amazing resource. We learn something new every time we go in there and the plant selection is amazing.
I had such a great experience at REWILD thanks to Kathya! She provided amazing customer service and really took the time to help me choose the perfect plant to gift a friend. Kathya was super knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions and offering thoughtful suggestions. Her passion for plants and commitment to helping customers truly made the experience special, she even wrapped the plant for me. I’ll definitely be back for a class so I can better learn how to care for my plants — thank you, Kathya!
This is one of my favorite and happy places in DC! Every time I go in there I come out with a jungle for my home. Big shouts to Katya and Kacei for helping me house some fantastic plants! They have been nothing short of excellent to work with.
