Jordan, Ashley, John, James & the entire Rhoden Roofing crew are top notch. We had a big project that they all went above and beyond to help us with. James was an excellent lead foreman on the job. The team kept us more than informed every step of the way. We are so grateful for their knowledge and expertise. The install process was quick, the job site was cleaned up completely every single day, and they kept in contact with us through every phase of the process. Now that our new roof is installed- it’s beautiful and we’re so glad we got to work with Rhoden Roofing!! Thank you guys!
Carson was great to work with. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He inspected my roof leak, described how the repair would be made, and gave me what I thought was a fair estimate on the cost of repairs. A rafter needed to be replaced as part of the repair and Carson gave me the name of a reputable framer to do that work. Angel and another worker did my repair. Angel seemed be very experienced and worked in an efficient manner. Angel and his coworker were able to complete the work in just 6-7 hours.
Jordan Harter was very professional and supportive in getting the project started, and coordinating with the insurance company through project completion. I was kept apprised of the progression and timing of the project. Jose Ramirez and team were flawless in the execution of the project. I received daily updates, reviewed videos and understood the level of detail the team went through assuring me of the highest quality standard on the roof project. Overall great experience! From the beginning, Chris went above and beyond to help me navigate the process. He was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Amanda and the claims team did a fantastic job advocating on my behalf for the necessary work to be covered by my insurance. Haylee in the office is super kind and compassionate, a very easy person to get along with. Noah and the crew worked diligently, and did a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves. The roof looks amazing. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the executed the small details. For example, painting the plumbing vent pipes to match? I was not expecting that at all, but what a difference that small detail makes in the overall appearance. I am very pleased. Even Eric, who was the last onsite picking up the dump trailer, did a second magnet sweep to double check for any nails hiding in the grass. Very thorough job. Like a said before, they executed the small things well. Everyone I interacted with from Rhoden Roofing was polite, friendly, and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Everyone one that I worked with was very nice form the start to finish. They were wonderful at communicating and keeping me updated on the progress throughout the project. The roofers and gutter installers were very efficient and they did a great job cleaning up everything when they were finished. When they had finished working the project you wouldn't have even known they'd been there except for my wonderful new roof and gutters.
