As many other reviews say the main owner(?) was very rude and unprofessional. He talked way too fast for me to comprehend anything and was extremely impatient. Shopping for rings should be fun and inspiring but instead I was just made to feel stupid for every question and wish I had.
My husband had my engagement ring custom made here using my grandmother’s diamond! They also engraved my ring with our engagement date and place and it looks beautiful. Highly recommend their services!
I just picked up my 14k rope chain that needed a clasp replacement. They did an amazing job, the employees are super friendly, and they got it back to me earlier than expected. You guys have a customer for life!!
This ring is extremely important to me however, it is very fragile and has broken quite a few times. Every time it does Richmond Jewelers puts it back together and shines it up as good as new but the ring is a bit smaller each time. Recently, on their suggestion, they've made a cast of the ring, strengthened the new one with a solid piece and enlarged it for me. I can put the original in the safe now and wear this beautifully done replica.
Fast service. :D All the staffs are very welcoming and have a lot of knowledge. Rings available to see before making a purchase within in a week. They responded to customers emails very detailed and offered many options that match your budget and styles. I’m very happy here and would come again for future jewelry.
