Place is beautiful, food was not edible we had the Sea bass it didn't look like aea bass it was processed into uniform pieces over tasteless steamed rice and veggies.. Basically it tasted like cafeteria food.. Also we had the chicken honey lavender… but it tasted like cumin.. And dry.
Excellent location for the Casting Buffalo Actors Expo. 500+/- people, breakout rooms, natural light. Great spot
We had attended a wedding here, and was blown away. I've been to many weddings in my life. This was a bit of a show stopper. The staff were really kind, and fun to interact with.
Our sons wedding was there. Everything was perfect. No hiccups or bad experiences. Again everyone loved and praised it
The Atrium at Rich's was the perfect venue for our wedding day and made the planning process so easy. There were so many options for customization that we were able to have exactly what we wanted with the ease of everything being streamlined through one vendor. The space is incredible and the food was absolutely delicious. They were also very accommodating of the multiple dietary restrictions our guests had. I cannot say enough about how fantastic Maureen and her team were to work with. Would absolutely recommend Rich's to anyone planning a wedding!!
