I took my vehicle there for a hit and run repair that was recommended by my insurance company. Tiffany was my estimator for the damages. She was friendly, knowledgeable and explained the process in detail. The entire staff were welcoming and immediately put me at ease. I was notified every step of the way as my repairs began. The entire process was seemless. An added convenience was a rental company shares the parking lot with them. It can't get much better than this! If I ever need work again I'll return to this location. I'm a fan for life. Thank you for a job well done!!! Bravo 👏 👏 👏

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Shawn Coleman took time to explain everything and constantly kept me informed as to the progress of my repair. When I picked up my vehicle, two days early I was amazed at the completed job, looked better than new. In this day of poor customer service, it was refreshing to work with Shawn and his willingness to answer all my questions. Great Job!
If you have lexus RX 350 2025 please do not come here. They fix my car almost a month not done right. They did it for the second time still headlights bumper not flush all the way in. The guy that I talk to said they had their over 25 years experienced mechanic check on it and he said its a lexus quality he was rude telling me to bring their rental car back. He even told me to go put it to brand new Lexus same model and i did went to the dealership and they said it needs to be done properly. So i told the guy on the phone at rick hendrdrick that if its not done right they are responsible for the repair and he said ok. Now i am taking my car to get done properly.
