Riddles jewelry is by far my favorite place to purchase/fix jewelry here in the Omaha Nebraska area! I’ve had the absolute best experience with Flor and Mark! I initially came in because i lost a baguette diamond on my ring. One place told me it was going to be really hard to order and sent me to another jeweler, the other place wanted to charge me more than what my parents paid for the ring itself, another place wanted to put a lab created diamond on it instead of a natural diamond. when I came to Riddles both Flor and Mark helped me right away. My ring was fixed, they also fixed one of my chains, and i purchased a beauuuutiful 2beloved natural diamond ring for an excellent price! They both are extremely patient, kind, professional and excellent at what they do. Thank you both for going above and beyond for me. If you are looking for a trustworthy place to purchase or fix your jewelry, do not hesitate and go to visit Mark and Flor! You WILL NOT regret it! Here’s a picture of the ring they fixed for me, and the ring I purchased from them- LOVE IT!!! 🥰
I had a great experience thanks to Gaby. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, explained my options clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Gaby made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and I felt confident in my purchase because of her knowledge and honesty. The entire staff was welcoming, but Gaby truly stood out. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend asking for her if you visit!
First time in I was just browsing for an engagement ring when I was approached. It was just your typical "what brings you in today?" I explained, Im in today looking for an engagement ring just comparing prices, window shopping if you will. No pressure they let me do my thing, which I thought was great. That alone was huge to me. I saw a ring I liked and had some questions, which were answered promptly and professionally. They made me feel a certain type of way that I knew I wasn't going any place else. One question after another they answered and shared some rather unique stories with me about past experiences. I felt that I was talking to someone I've known for 20 yrs. These people are down to earth, very accommodating, and truly will find the best deal for your situation. They are not salesmen (though they are) they are good people who listen to you and what you're looking for. It was a pleasure working with the staff at Riddles. I can't foresee going any place else for jewelry. Your team has acquired a customer for life!!! Keep up the good work!! If I could it would be a 10 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆★☆ rating.
Came in a few months ago looking for options for an engagement ring and bands. My now fiancé and I were looking at just bands to start due to financial reasons, but Mark worked with us both for bands and a possible engagement ring. Mark worked with me behind the scenes to line up one outstanding ring for my fiancé. The whole staff here were amazing and super friendly. Coming from a guy who didn't know where to start or really any knowledge, please consider going to see the staff here. Best experience ive had. We went to multiple jewelers, and I'll tell you right now, only group of people who I felt heard with. All other places just pushed stuff that I said off, and tried to sell me on stuff i wasnt looking for. Thank you to Mark and the amazing staff here. Will be coming back for more!
Came in to the west roads to buy my wife a birthday present and the sales person Ivan Trinidad who was very helpful with the necklace that I brought my wife.
