I purchased a pendant from Brandon last year. I came back in recently to get it cleaned and repaired. Jennifer helped me out and she was great. Both experiences were great. Very knowledgeable around all jewelry there.
My experience with Riddle’s jewelry was truly exceptional. The moment you walk in they make you feel so welcome and are ready to assist you. I spent maybe a total of 10 minutes in the store. I had to go to get my ring resized. They sized me and I thought I was happy with it being a little loose. However, once they finished the resizing I realized I wanted it to fit a little more tight. They were quick to get it back into their jeweler and it was ready for pick up in 2 days during the crazy holiday season. Exceptional service. You would never know I had to get it resized with how clean of a job they did. Will be recommending to anyone and everyone I know.
Amazing service. Got my engagement ring at the Wichita KS location. 5 months after buying it, my now wife lost one of her small diamonds that was in the band when she caught it in the comforter when making the bed. I took it to Riddles and they replaced it for free. A year later, I went back to Riddles because of their great service to get my wife a birthday gift. Simply due to loyalty in returning to Riddles, I was given a really nice discount on some jewelry simply because I was a returning customer. 10/10 business. Customer oriented through and through. Extremely friendly staff.
Overall we’ve had a great experience with this store! I had my ring cleaned and resized and they were able to have it returned in two days. When I went in to pick up, we had slight issues with my diamonds, but Alhena the jeweler was able to fix it within minutes! We felt very welcomed and cared for in our experience with this store! We highly recommend this super friendly environment to others!
I was in town for my dad who is in the hospital & worked with Jennifer. I didn't think my trip to a jewelry store I found on google would be so moving. My experience was nothing short of wonderful & Jennifer & the entire staff were a blessing during a tough time. They are much more than a jewelry store; they felt like family from the moment I walked in. On top of the great people they had so many great, high-quality options, it made it hard to choose. I live in Lincoln & my experience was so great, I intend to further patron a wonder business & I encourage others to do the same. Truly Jennifer I cannot thank you enough for the blessing you were to me. You were so genuine & caring, and I look forward to seeing you again. My dad loved the cross by the way. Truly, thank you.
