Well I am over the moon! I wanted something a bit edgier, but I really just wanted the stylist to have fun and do what they thought would look best. Excuse meeeee, Kenzie did an AMAZING job. It's a lot shorter than I am used to, but I absolutely love it. I left my appointment feeling HEARD and SEEN and I needed that with everything going on in my life right now.Thank you Kenzie! I called to share my feedback with the salon and to get my my next appointment with Kenzie on the books. Thanks Amy for your help getting it squared away, you were really kind too!
This was my first time at Ritual Salon, as I have been looking for a stylist that will cut my hair the way I want it. I randomly chose Kenzie because she was who was available when I was available to get in, and this was probably the luckiest decision I ever made. Kenzie was very open and receptive to what I wanted to do with my thick head of hair. She got started, cut my hair wet, then dried it, and cut it again dry. She listened to my input about how it was looking, and when I asked her if she could change a few things, she was very open and willing to listen. I am VERY happy with how my hair turned out - probably the first time in a very long time since my previous regular stylist moved away. The atmosphere of the salon is very calm and elegant, but its not too pretentious! A full five stars - I'll definitely be back!!
Sam was absolutely incredible! I booked her for my wedding day and she styled hair for me, my bridal party, and both moms—eight people total—and everyone loved their look. Our hair held beautifully all day, even through dancing and outdoor photos. She was so accommodating whenever I had questions and incredibly patient as I went back and forth on styles leading up to the big day. Sam brought such a calm, positive energy to the morning and made the whole experience feel seamless. Highly, highly recommend!
I love coming to Ritual to get my hair done by Abbi. I followed her from her previous salon and I'm glad I did! She's so professional and friendly and always does an amazing job with my curly hair. I get dyed every two months and the magic she creates with the colors we pick is stunning. The salon itself is also fantastic and incredibly relaxing. It's so nice to sit with a cup of tea or water while I wait for my hair to process. A great salon over all!
