The people at River City Collision Centre get a 5 star rating today for being Good Samaritans! Their quick and effective actions helped out our family enormously. Our wheelchair van sliding door was “stuck” partially open in -30 degrees temperatures. We drove in and they managed to get it repaired within an hour. So we drove it out and saved ourselves from facing a cold, cold fate..So a BIG Thank you, once again to the people at River City Collision! Stay warm and keep on rolling 🚐🥰
River city Ford is without a doubt the finest dealership in the city. The staff is knowledgeable incredibly polite and very efficient. They treat you like a person not a customer and are genuinely interested in helping you in any way they can. I highly recommend this company for all your service needs even if you’re unfortunately not driving a Ford.
Service is fast and efficient. Staff are friendly especially Damien. He really took good care of my vehicle from start to finish and explained to us how things were done, etc. He even helped us return the rental car so as to avoid the hassle of going back and forth and oh yes the traffic, too. For quality work, fast and reliable service I would definitely recommend River City Collision Centre.
Very friendly staff and great service. They have a shuttle service that took me home and picked me up when I dropped off my truck for repairs. The repair was completed within their estimate window and price and it looks good as new.
I won a gift certificate for a free gold detail package. If I had actually paid for this service, I would have been some upset. The Chamois does a better job on a regular basis so if this was supposed to be a "detail" package, it was sadly lacking. Maybe my expectations were too high or maybe because I didn't actually pay were reasons for this, but I will never recommend this service. So very disappointing
