We appreciate all that River Fox did for us throughout the journey of purchasing our first home. They really are a team that comes around you and helps with all of the steps of the process. Our Realtor, Mandy, was so great to work with. She really helped us understand all of the different parts of buying a home. She is so kind and easy going and was always willing to answer our many questions. Buying a home seemed overwhelming and scary and she was so reassuring. Whenever we asked to look at a home she was so quick to get us on the schedule. When it came time to put in an offer and go through the process of buying the home she really fought for us and made sure we were taken care of. We could truly see how she put her all into it. We are so thankful for all the work she has put into helping us find our first home.
Alex Oswald was our realtor and daughter and did an amazing job on this lifelong goal Transaction of a house with the Chesapeake Bay in the backyard. She negotiated what we needed done and corrected while also keeping the transaction moving forward to our end goal. Alex was very professional, listened to our concerns while being both a realtor and our daughter. You can’t go wrong with Alex - she got your goal !!!!

My wife and I used the Avenue Team with Angie, Anousheh, and Molly for both purchasing a new home and selling our old one. Literally a 10/10 experience and then some. The homebuying experience can be stressful but Angie & Co would steer the ship straight when the sailing got tough. Add on selling a house immediately after purchasing and I'd bet my bottom dollar you won't find better realtors in Richmond to navigate that. They are incredibly knowledgeable, prompt, and, most of all, caring. There was never a moment it felt like they were not keeping our best interests at heart and we are super appreciative of that. I hope they are still at it when we decide to do this all over again in the future. I would recommend the Avenue at River Fox Realty team to anyone. Thank y'all so much!!!!
Morgan and Veronica were our realtors in the home buying process this month. I kept telling V this over and over again, but holy smokes is she good at her job. Not only did I felt taken care of, I felt heard. I would never move forward in the home buying process again without using these guys. They are the best.
