Great customer service and a good selection of PC and electronics.
They said they were fixing the computer it kept crashing then the said they fixed it and so paid $60 got it home and it started crashing faster than it was when it was taken to them when we called and told them they said we already explained what we did to fix it there is nothing else we can do then they said they never even checked the load in on the games or apps very very dissatisfied
Went to this shop because my computer randomly shut off and wanted it fixed. I told them the problem and they said that it might have something to do with the power supply, they couldn’t have been any more wrong. I don’t know who they hired but the guy that “worked” on the computer said he tried it, it wouldn’t come on, and plugged in another power supply to see if that was the problem. He said the graphics card started smoking so he unplugged it and also said that the computer was infested with bugs which was probably the problem with the power supply. I had to get a whole new computer thinking that my old one was completely ruined when the problem wasn’t even the power supply. I tried the computer at my home a week later and it wouldn’t turn on so when i unplugged the graphics card it turned on but it started sparking and smoking from the graphics card. So basically i payed 30 bucks for them to do nothing to it except ruin the graphics card more, bag it up like it’s infested with bugs, (which it was not at all) and say they can look at it again to waste more of my money. DO NOT COME HERE.
This little mom and pop shop is perfect! They were able to fix all of my laptop issues, charger included, and I was even greeted by the sweetest of female dogs. She even gave me a 🤗 . Highly recommend this place. Everyone is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable!
I've been a loyal customer to Kevin and his crew at R K for over a decade. Knowledgeable about weird issues, even help me with my automotive based software glitches. Great diagnosticians, decent folks. Will go nowhere else!
