We hired this company to paint the exterior of our home after seeing positive reviews. The painters advised the job would finish on Monday but left on Thursday saying it was complete. On inspection, the workmanship was very poor: uneven fascia lines, inconsistent window painting, undercoat visible, paint on the inside of white windows, splatter on brickwork, and missed areas. The project manager (who was polite and professional) agreed the work was unacceptable and advised the windows needed to be fully repainted internally to fix the issues. When the painters returned, it caused major disruption. Furniture had to be moved daily, I had to stay home for several days, other trades were cancelled, and renovation work paused due to dust. The rectification work was still below standard, with minimal sanding, poor preparation, and areas with only one coat applied. When we asked for the invoice to be reassessed, we were told the internal window painting was done “out of good faith,” despite this work being required to correct earlier mistakes. Our request was refused. Although the paint now looks better, the overall experience was stressful and below the standard expected for the amount I was charged. I would not recommend this company.
The Rochele team were fabulous having painted 10 townhouses. The organization of the teams and attention to detail was exceptional. Max led the team and did a fab job nothing was too much to ask We will no doubt see them again in 15 years Thank you Rochele
We've lived in our complex in Burleigh for over 8 years, and the recent work done by Rochele has truly impressed us. One of the biggest highlights was how Rochele organised everything for us, from the abseiling team and scaffolding to the painters, leaving us with no stress. We recently bought our home, which was all white - kitchen, walls, louvres, you name it. After discussing colours and selecting a colour with the Rochele interior designer, we were booked in for 4 days of painting. All interior walls, all bedroom doors, plus the laundry wall and ceiling where renos have been done with new unpainted wall and ceiling. Serge was our allocated painter and he was AMAZING!! Neat, tidy, exacting with a steady hand for around the architraves and skirting boards and more. He matched the door colour perfectly with the old colour (we weren't sure what it was), and we cannot tell where he blended the new ceiling paint to the old in the laundry. He was on time everyday, cleaned up each evening before he left and let us know what he was painting the next day. Highly recommend Serge and Rochele Painting for painting your home.
We have just used Rochele for the second time, and as per last time, they have done an amazing job. From the first phone call to the last stroke of the paint brush, everyone was professional, happy and efficient. We'd like to give a special thank you to Manny, Luvprit and Raiden for the amazing job they have done on painting our house. They arrived on time everyday, were very polite and easy to communicate with, put all trestles and ladders away every day and neatly packed up paints and brushes each afternoon. It was a pleasure to work with such a great group of men. Thank you Rochele.
