Went here today with my daughter for the first time. We absolutely loved it. The staff were friendly, helpful, we had a great time, and not overly expensive. We’ll recommend!
Took my 6yo daughter here today for her first ever climbing session, and she loved it so much - we both did! Staff were well organised, punctual and instructions were clear. The environment felt really well thought out, safe and not crowded, and very child-friendly! Staff were always on hand to help us if we were having trouble with clipping in and out. They honestly seemed so friendly and genuinely wanted to help as well! We loved it and it really helped to build both of our confidence with our physical ability and with dealing with heights too. We will definitely be back again, thank you such a wonderful session!
Lovely places to spend the day with my kids they enjoyed had lovely time, staff were really helpful and considerate we where late to get to the centre due to traffic but when I rang they they offered me the following time slot which I thought that was kind my kids weren't disappointed. Much appreciated rock up staff have happy new year.
We absolutely love Rock Up Manchester! My daughter enjoys every visit and has really developed a passion for climbing thanks to this place. There are various climbing walls with different difficulty levels, which makes it fun and challenging for all ages:) The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional — always making sure everyone feels safe and supported. Highly recommended, 100%!
Attended a toddler session, during which you have 1 hours access to all of the climbing walls (only exception with the toddler session is you don't have access to the 'high ropes') followed by 1 hours access to the soft play, my 4 year old daughter absolutely loved it! We had such a great morning! The staff we're all great and attentive if we needed help or anything! Couldn't fault the place, the staff or the experience we had - and it was great value for money at £13 for 2 hours entertainment! Would recommend to anyone and will be returning again
