I’ve had trouble finding what I like when working with my hair and when talking with the stylists here they really know their stuff! I have particularly enjoyed having my hair cut by Rock who does great work with both my wavy and my partners long curly hair styles.
My son and I followed Nate from his previous employment to Rocks Bar and Hair Shop. My son always looks confident, mature and stress-free after a hair cut with Nate. When I watch and hear the interaction between my son and Nate my son is freely talking about driving, school plans, his plans and he is laughing, a genuine laugh and look of comfort. It is beautiful to watch. No other barber or hairstylist has done what Nate can do for my kid and his hair. Shout out to Rocks Bar and Hair Shop too. It is aesthetically pleasing and the staff is so friendly and laidback. Thank you!
Natasha was incredible. Very detail oriented and attentive, best skin fade and beard trim I have ever paid for along with the hair wash, hot towel, and complimentary drink. Worth every penny!
I want to give Rock’s props for aesthetics, friendliness, and atmosphere. They were super kind and attentive. I’m docking a star for the cut itself. I don’t know what to say… though they do have Black barbers, this is NOT a Black shop and my cut is proof. It looks like a White style cut. This is partially on me for not being more well-versed in the correct language and for not doing my research and for cheating on my old barber. Praying she can fix it 😫😅
After years of being a loyal and consistent customer booking a haircut every 2 weeks, the shop manager sends me an email saying they won't book appointments with me any longer. As a business owner of a startup and a father of 3, I admit day of cancellations have occurred. But the fact this shop manager is willing to affect the book of business of one of their senior stylists and not allow her to book appointments for me any longer leaves me speechless. The stylists are top-notch at Rock's but I would highly recommend not giving Rock's your business. Email is attached showing you how they could care less. By the way, their system won't let you reschedule and it's offline half the time.
