I had a wonderful experience here. My stylist really listens and never simply says no — instead, she helped me achieve the style you want in a way that truly suits your face. You can feel the care and sincerity in every step of the process. Nothing feels rushed, and the attention to detail really shows. I left feeling comfortable, confident, and very happy with my hair. Audrey Song was amazing! She carefully checked the condition of my hair and recommended a style that really suits my face shape. She was kind and attentive throughout the entire process, and I’m very happy with the result. I’ll definitely come back again!
Unfortunately, I will be the first to leave a bad review. My experience was not good as the haircut and perm style that she did for me was what she thought best and NOT what I wanted. I got a perm previously and I showed her video clips and pictures from then to demonstrate *exactly* what I wanted. Yet she pulled up Google images and showed me pictures of Korean men's down perm, saying those were currently popular. I reiterated that I did NOT want that, and I wanted my hair much more curlier as per the photos I had showed her (once again photos of myself from a few months ago). Things were going well... or at least I thought until the very end where she used a hairdryer and brushed my hair straight. And, wouldn't you believe it, all of a sudden, the front of my hair looks exactly like the pictures she'd shown me earlier. ... It takes a few days for the perm to settle in place so looking back I guess when she hairdryed and used a brush to straighten my hair right after the perm, it completely messed it up. After 2 weeks my hair now looks terrible in general even with proper care. Nothing like the first time I got it permed when it looked great. Keep in mind this was new fresh hair, and my old permed hair was cut off to keep the length. Pretty much waste of $150 since my hair is only *slightly* wavier than it naturally is anyway so I will have to get it done again elsewhere. Super disappointing.
An absolutely fantastic haircut experience. I've been living in this area for about half a year and tried a few different hairstylists, but today I finally found one that I'm truly satisfied with. She was very patient and paid close attention to every little detail, offering great suggestions based on my needs. I'm extremely happy with today's experience. If you want to book an appointment here, you'll need to do it well in advance—I had to wait almost two months to get mine because the stylist is so popular. In short, if you need a haircut or perm, I highly recommend this place.
I had such a great experience here! I came in for a haircut, and instead of just cutting away, she kindly suggested that it would be better to let it grow a bit more before making a big change. I was honestly shocked—in the best way—because it’s so rare to meet a stylist who is that honest and puts the client first. She is by far the most trustworthy, talented, and genuinely kind stylist I’ve ever met. Not only did I love my haircut right away, but I’m realizing more and more how great her work is as time goes by. Her scissors are magic. ✂️✨ Highly recommend!
