Make sure you record every correspondence with this company. If they make a mistake and you cannot prove it is their mistake, then you will be paying for their mistake. I told them very clearly and even reinforced that I needed them to file an extension on BOTH my business and personal taxes and their office lady wasn't able to get that done. So now they want me to pay them on top of paying for their mistake. On principle I will not be doing that. When I met with Roger and told him that his office lady messed up, he said "hold on, we will get this figured out." Then after getting my taxes ready, never mentioned the penalties I'd be incurring because of them, again. So I guess he thought by keeping quiet about it I'd forget? So on top of costing me unnecessary money, he also strung me along like he'd help me out and eventually told me, no he would not be helping me out. No moral compass obviously.
I HIGHLY recommend working with Roger. He is great at communicating, friendly, trustworthy, and professional. I feel so grateful that my friend recommended him to me. I will definitely be returning to Roger next year!
