I use this HVAC company for both my rental properties and my primary home, and they have been consistently excellent. Most recently, I had an issue with the heat and they came out the very next day and fixed it quickly. The technician Mark was knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient, he clearly knew what he was doing and explained everything well. Rhonda in the office is amazing too. She already knows me, is always friendly, and does her best to get a technician out as soon as possible every time I call. Highly, highly recommend this company for anyone looking for reliable and professional HVAC service.
I had an amazing experience with the customer service and service from them. Rhonda was very pleasant and went above and beyond to ensure that all my issues were properly communicated to the HVAC team. Ronald provided great customer service and addressed all my concerns. He was extremely thorough.
Our company recently hired Ronald's to perform a blower door test and we had an excellent experience with them. They have superior customer service. Rhonda makes sure you are well taken care of. Their techs show up on time, every time. They text when someone is on the way, which is very helpful. They are very accommodating and professional. Highly recommend.
Amazing service! We have been using Ronald’s for almost a year on and off. They have always provided fast, professional, and reliable service! Our A/C unit stopped working in early April. It was so difficult to get the A/C and heating company, the insurance company provided to fix the unit. The person who came to inspect the unit had a bad attitude and never submitted the claim to the insurance to have it fixed. So it prolonged getting the system serviced by three weeks. I called Ronald’s Heating and Cooling explained our dilemma and Ms. Rhonda (who has always been so welcoming and helpful) scheduled us for an inspection immediately. The techs that came for the inspection….5 Stars. Long story short we got a new system installed within a week and part of the wait was us taking a few days to decide if we wanted a temporary fix or a new system. Today our system was installed…. Masterfully done! I recommend and will be continuing to do business with Ronald’s Heating and Cooling.
Ronald was amazing. He came and looked at what I had. He ask me if it was okay if he just came up with a design. I said yes, then he drew it out and showed me. I never expected there to be something to remove the heat coming off of the oven, but it does an amazing job. What a great idea. The turnaround time was even better. Once I put my deposit down, they were here 3 days later, and completed the job in a morning. It looks amazing. It works great. I really appreciate Ronald and his team. Everyone was so friendly, including his Admin, who answers all the calls? I highly recommend them. We will keep his number handy for sure.
