They assisted along the way as I maneuvered through the insurance process and kept me in communication the entire time. The process was seamless and the workmanship of the roof is awesome. Highly recommend!
GREAT job from Nick Kincaid and Charles who always being patient on answering questions and assisting us thru the end of our roof project. They were always having an open line to make this roofing project possible even on their busy days. I will put a " ONE STAR " on this review mainly because they've promised me that I can receive a REFERRAL BONUS after giving them another customer and it was a big project for them too. I've been waiting since August for that check and up to this point I'm still waiting. Nick made a lot of follow ups to this matter and I even ask for Charle's help. "NO STAR REVIEW" for the Department who is in-charge of this REFERRAL BONUS matter, you don't deserve to work with the great people in your company because you are just pulling them down.
Excellent company and absolutely amazing communication!!!! Pasha David was absolutely fantastic through the entire process from start to finish. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience with a roofing company. A huge Thank You to Pasha David for making the process so painless and smooth!!! First of all I’d like to thank Posha David. We was excellent when work with my mother. He kept her inform about everything and if something slowed it down he would sincerely apologize for it even through it was not his fault. The work he and his team was fantastic! Everything was cleaned up when the job was completed. He explained everything before, during, and after the job. I would recommend him to ANYONE.
