Good experience overall. I found a dining room table for a great price and the process was easy. There are a ton of great finds at this store! Anderson was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend checking them out.
Highly recommend RTG in Altamonte Springs. We have been working on home renovations and needed some updated furniture items. We shopped several local furniture retailers in the area finding RTG the best overall in price, quality, design and ABOVE all customer service. Lorraine Martinez is outstanding! Lorraine is patient, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. Lorraine answers text messages even if she is away on vacation to make sure the customer is taken care of. Lorraine even kindly took the time to create a shopping cart for us related to a bedroom set we previously looked at and purchased later, carefully making sure all items needed were included and sale prices verified. This saved us an additional trip to the store. We have also purchased living room furniture and other accessories over the past couple of years. Lorraine Martinez is 2nd to none! Recently, when Lorraine was out of pocket, she had Marcus Erazo assist us in her absence and Marcus was amazing as well. "Teamwork Makes the Dreamwork!" Much appreciation to Lorraine and Marcus. The store and salesman were awesome. Now the third party company, Enoch run far and fast, his crew showed up complaining about the job and said they weren’t going to do the agreed upon service. These started crying about more money the agreed upon price that was communicated with rooms to go myself and Enoch which these guys had no clue what it was. After their temper tantrum they finally started the job and I guess in the process they thought they were going to show me and stripped every screw putting the bunkbed together. So what I’m saying rooms to go did their part but if this store offers Enoch to deliver and assemble run fast and find someone else, these guys are horrible! They are some the rudest and combative people I’ve had come to my house
I bought a whole set of living room and bedroom from this company. I remembered buying my first dinning set there 10 years ago and really enjoyed it. But this time the whole process of getting it, defective, having to request replacements for pieces that didn’t work, and weren’t as advertised was just a nightmare. They changed the headboard of my bed cause the lights weren’t working and the one they brought had a yellow stain and they didn’t want to cover it, so now I have an expensive bedroom set I’m still paying and I’m not happy with this product, not to mention the costumer service that sucks. Wouldn’t recommend Rooms to Go to anyone. They talk nice to convince you to buy but they will screw you up at the end.
I am beyond excited for my new furniture!! I can’t begin to thank Melody enough! She was awesome!! She was so sweet and down to earth! She was honest and helped me find exactly what I was looking for no gimmicks! If you need true serious and honest help only ask for Melody! She is honest & so personable! I got all brand new sectional sofa, mattress, a bunkie board, & a bed with set up & delivery for less then $3k and she helped me with it all!! Thanks Melody & thanks Rooms to go! You can’t beat the prices here seriously!
